What is required to provide a quote?
Please provide product drawings or samples. Key details needed include: Materials, Surface Finish, Tolerance, Quantity, and Delivery terms.
How does the payment process work?
We offer flexible payment terms. Generally, we require a 30%-50% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance paid upon presentation of the B/L copy.
How can I track the production progress?
We confirm all requirements and provide samples before mass production. Throughout the process, we keep you updated and perform a 100% quality inspection before shipment, providing photos and measurement reports if requested.
How do I get information about the delivery?
We will share the tracking number as soon as it is received from the shipping agent and continue to provide the latest shipping updates.
What is your after-sales support policy?
We follow up on the performance of our metal parts in your products. Our experienced engineers are always available to resolve any technical questions or feedback you may have.
