This poultry feed machine is suitable for large, medium, and small aquaculture, grain and feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual farmers and small and medium-sized farms, farmers or large, medium, and small feed processing plants. Under the action of friction, the main shaft and the flat die drive the roller to rotate. The roller and the template generate high temperatures to ripen the starch, denature and solidify the protein. The particles are then discharged from the die hole under extrusion.
The length of the pellet feed can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the cutter. This machine is versatile for raising rabbits, pigeons, chickens, ducks, geese, fish, pigs, aquatic products, and more.

If processing refined fibers, add approximately 5% water. For mixed feed with many concentrates, water can be reduced. Adding a small amount of edible oil mixed with water before finishing helps prevent feed from drying in the die hole and facilitates the next startup.
