This 5-10 ton mobile gold cart is designed for small-scale gold and river placer gold separation. Combining trommel screen separation and chute concentration, it excels in mobility and sorting efficiency. Its vehicle-mounted structure allows direct operation in mining areas. The trommel screen filters impurities to ensure ore purity. The chute device enriches placer gold using gravity and centrifugal force. With a capacity of 5-10 tons/hour, it suits small to medium gold mines and river placer gold. Easy to operate with low maintenance, it is cost-effective for small-scale projects.
Ore is fed into the trommel screen, where the motor rotates the screen cylinder for classification. Oversized particles are discharged, while gold-bearing material falls into the chute. The chute's liner and gold felt use gravity to deposit gold particles, discharging sediment with water. Post-operation, wash the felt to collect gold. The process is continuous and efficient.
