Overview of Double Roller Granulator
The double roller extrusion granulator is dry granulation equipment that can quickly extrude and separate materials at room temperature and process them into oblate particles. No drying measures are required, which simplifies the process. The return rate is very low, and there is no need to add adhesives.
It is widely used in processing fertilizer, NPK, urea, graphite, cat litter, and other granules with low investment and high production efficiency.

Working Process
Step 1: Feeding - Material enters through the conical feed inlet.
Step 2: Compression - Two opposing rollers expel air and compress material into high-hardness discs.
Step 3: Crushing - Large discs fall to a serrated dispersion device to be crushed into smaller particles.
Step 4: Screening - Correct particles are discharged; oversized ones are recycled.
