The two-part body is unloaded by the unloading device and then enters the pre-cut processing area. In front of each circular saw, at least one operator performs segmentation and positioning. The cut back legs, front legs and middle sections enter their respective deboning and dividing processing lines.
The cut hind legs are conveyed again to the hind leg deboning line. The dividing line is equipped with 30 operating tables. Each table is connected to the conveyor with specific spacing for efficiency. Equipped with box racks for storing divided products, which can be pushed into the heavy box conveyor line when full.
