Self-Cleaning Laser Filter

In post-consumer or post-industrial plastic wastes, such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, CPP, BOPP, PS, EPS, XPS, ABS, POM, PA, PET etc., many contaminants can be found including iron, steel, wood, paper, textile fibers, unmelted plastics, aluminum, sand, copper, and stones. Traditional manual screen changers struggle to maintain quality with increasing contaminants. Our automatic and continuous Laser Filter system is specifically designed to recycle these materials efficiently.

The Laser Filter handles high levels of contaminants and resists high pressures, allowing operators to focus on extruder feeding rather than frequent screen changes. It adapts to various material viscosities (MFI from 0.124 to 200 g/10') and offers filtration fineness from 70 to 400 microns.
