We offer a 1-2 year warranty on our products. During this period, we will provide new parts to replace any faulty components.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment term is a 30% advance deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due upon receipt of the bill of lading copy.
Can you customize the packaging with our own design?
Yes, we support custom packaging such as color boxes. The MOQ for color box printing is approximately 500 pieces.
Which ports do you use for shipping?
We typically use Nantong Port for Full Container Loads (FCL), while Less than Container Loads (LCL) are shipped via Shanghai Port.
